Ballet Memphis, the region’s only all-professional dance company, is steeped in classical training but turning heads as the most diverse ballet company in America. Ballet Memphis entrusted Hemline for more than 10 seasons to raise its profile in both local and national markets with messaging and imagery that support its vision and mission across multiple programs, along with an annual marketing and media plan that generates audience affinity and grew its audiences year over year.

We carefully honed and evolved the Ballet Memphis look and brand over the course of the relationship. The brand evolution matched the Company’s movement from a well-respected local and regional arts organization to one that increasingly tours nationally and works on a broader platform to improve accessibility to dance and dance careers. This culminated in a complete rebrand as the Company headed into its 30th season and after months of intentional research and planning by Hemline.
